KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Â
Lead the development of creative concepts and executions for integrated and non-traditional campaigns spanning digital, experiential, content, and innovation-driven projects.Â
Own projects from concept through execution, proactively solving creative challenges and delivering strategically sound, client-ready work.Â
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to develop ideas and bring them to life with exceptional craft and fidelity.Â
Translate brand strategy and visual language into engaging experiences that surprise, delight, and inspire audiences.Â
Ensure creative excellence across all deliverables while adhering to the creative brief, brand standards, and product guidelines.Â
Adapt across disciplines including art direction, design, digital, social, and experiential to develop thoughtful, innovative solutions.Â
Help steward and evolve an emerging brand by shaping consistent creative expression across channels and platforms.Â
Stay current with cultural trends, emerging technology, and new creative tools to continuously push the work forward.Â
Communicate project progress clearly, anticipate challenges, and help keep work moving on time and on budget.Â
Inspire teammates through curiosity, experimentation, and a strong maker mentality.Â

QUALIFICATIONS:Â
7+ years of creative industry experience (or relevant equivalent), with at least 3+ years as an art director (or comparable level). Â
A portfolio of culturally relevant and visually impactful work, and a record of successfully concepting and executing an array of professional and personal projects.Â
Excellent direction: concepting, campaign, art direction, experiential, environmental, social, digital and content production.Â
A strong aesthetic POV and the ability to communicate conceptual and visual direction using multiple formats (storyboards, mood boards, color, lighting, ,materials palettes, etc.)Â
Strong visual storytelling ability – you can convey a cohesive narrative using a variety of visual means: sketches, comps, renderings, storyboards, animatics, user flow, etc.)Â
You are a confident presenter who can comfortably lead an audience and communicate complex ideas in ways that are compelling and simple to understand (both virtually and in-person).Â
You are skilled in leveraging AI tools and platforms to enhance creative ideation, streamline workflows, and elevate execution .Â
Strong expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) and an understanding of motion, 3D, and emerging technologies. Â
