We are seeking a senior executive assistant to support the CEO of a fintech company. In this role, you will act as act as an important strategic partner and drive key initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has excellent judgement and the ability to see things from the perspective of a CEO.

Requirements

  • Experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, office manager, or executive business partner.
  • Ability to manage a highly complex calendar.
  • Experience managing travel.
  • Highly proactive with a natural ability to anticipate business needs, spot operational bottlenecks before they happen, and resolve problems autonomously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with current technology.
  • Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar; align schedule priorities with company objectives, key business cycles, and critical stakeholder commitments.
  • Serve as the primary, high-touch liaison between the CEO and internal teams. Triaging incoming requests with sound judgment and diplomacy.
  • Plan and coordinate seamless executive travel itineraries, international visas, logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Continuously refine administrative workflows and executive office procedures to improve team operations.
  • ​​​​​​​Attend executive leadership and board meetings to record minutes, capture critical action items, and follow up with cross-functional owners to ensure execution
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive cross-departmental projects and keep key initiatives on schedule.
  • Draft, edit, and format high-grade correspondence, executive summaries, memo drafts,Β and presentation materials.
