As a Senior Payroll Manager, you will lead and overseeĀ payroll and payroll tax operations for the U.S. and Canada, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately andĀ timely.Ā You haveĀ advanced knowledge ofĀ payrollĀ processesĀ andĀ taxation, including cross-border and cross-jurisdiction scenarios, and effectivelyĀ leverageĀ internal and external resources to determineĀ appropriate taxĀ treatment for complex cases.Ā

Southern California Base Salary Range: $164,539-$279,716āĀ

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capitalās annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
