As a Shift Lead you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations!
What you will do:
- Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner
- Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders
- Acknowledges and addresses customer concerns
- Directs team members on shift to follow all cash management and cash register policies.
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Prepares daily administrative paperwork, cash reconciliations for entire day (including voids, refunds, and returns), and daily deposit preparation
- Gives breaks as necessary, when appropriate, and according to labor law guidelines.
- Maintains focus on food standards, costs, and safety during the shift.
- Performs nightly inventory.
- Ensures team members are following all work safety guidelines
