Job DetailsJob Location: PCI Los Angeles CA - Los Angeles, CA 90015Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 HourlyJob Shift: SwingJob Category: General Labor Supervise and coordinate daily parking operations for residential, theater, visitor, and monthly parking. Direct and assist a team of cashiers, traffic directors, and parking attendants in their daily tasks. Assist with assigning parking spaces to residents and ensuring compliance with parking regulations. Monitor parking areas to ensure proper use and adherence to policies. Train, schedule, and manage parking staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Address any parking-related issues or concerns from residents, guests, or visitors in a timely manner. Conduct regular inspections of parking facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving parking services. Maintain accurate records and reports related to parking assignments, occupancy rates, and incident reports. Ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in parking management or a supervisory role is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency. Knowledge of parking management systems and procedures. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word is preferred.
