ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ticketing Manager to support Global Partnerships which include Official Sales Agents (OSAs), National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and International Federations (IFs) for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient ticketing operations, inventory management, and client support while maintaining data accuracy and delivering exceptional service.

Primary Responsibilities

Ticketing & Inventory Management

  • Support sales to third-party Official Hospitality Sales Agents (OSAs), National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and International Federations (IFs) with efficient inventory allocation, request analysis, and approval.

  • Apply any discounts in relevant systems and assist with pricing and commission management for third-party agents.

  • Process returns, exchanges, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with policies

  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data consistency and accuracy across ticketing platforms.

Client & Sales Support

  • Lead seat assignment and ticket delivery processes for OSAs, NOCs, IFs and VIP guests.

  • Ensure real-time updates of ticketing information and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Generate and distribute custom reports for internal teams, clients, and partners.

  • Provide training and supervision to additional ticketing staff as needed.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Global Sales Partnerships, Product & Pricing, Tech, Guest Services, Commercial Experience, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless ticketing execution, fiscal and legal compliance and premium guest experience.

  • Identify and resolve potential issues affecting ticketing operations or guest experience.

  • Support test events and pre-Games preparations as required.

Client and Team support

  • Assist in the planning and facilitate the delivery of digital tickets to clients and troubleshoot client inquiries.

  • Train and supervise ticketing staff/contractors as needed.

  • Support Sales and Marketing with tailored ticketing solutions.

  • Other ticketing duties, as necessary to support On Location’s successful delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games projects and test events.

Additional Duties

  • Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.

  • Ensure adherence to Olympic ticketing policies and ethical standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Required Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and other global sporting events with official travel and hospitality providers

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databases

  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular advanced capability in Excel

  • Proficiency in project management applications

  • Strong customer service ethic

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

  • Proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided to meet deadlines

Preferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience working with third-party Hospitality Sales Agents (HSAs) and NOCs.

  • Knowledge of international ticketing regulations and compliance.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization tools.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.




Hiring Rate Minimum:

$67,500 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)


Hiring Rate Maximum:

$90,000 annually
