- Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Experience with purchasing, invoicing, and records management.
- Understanding of EHS documentation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams/Zoom.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Experienced in handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Note-taking, meeting scribing and preparing meeting minutes
- Professional phone and office etiquette
