Salary: $100,000-$110,000/annually

Job Summary

Join a dynamic team where your leadership and passion for hospitality will make a meaningful impact. As a Senior Catering Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences by leading all aspects of the catering operation.

 

In this role, you will oversee both internal and external catering services, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure every event reflects the highest standards of quality, creativity, and execution. From planning to presentation, you’ll drive excellence in both food and service, while leading a team committed to delivering memorable, best-in-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trains catering staff in service techniques, menu presentation and customer service
  • Tracks and monitors the labor and food cost for each event
  • Maintains excellent client relationships
  • Works with the Chef in creating menus

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AS degree preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice management experience preferred
  • Catering experience is required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills
