Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE: Brand Strategy at Herbalife is evolving from a governance function into a strategic growth engine. The Sr. Manager, Brand Management will play a critical role in building and operationalizing that evolution. This role partners directly with the Sr. Director of Global Brand to shape brand strategy, translate it into clear direction, and ensure it is understood, adopted, and applied across regions and functions. You will work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, campaigns, and regional activation, turning enterprise ambition into repeatable, scalable action.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Global Brand to develop short and long-term brand strategy, including priorities, tradeoffs, and strategic frameworks.
  • Translate brand strategy into clear guidance, narratives, and implications for regions and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead strategy deployment across regions, ensuring teams understand not just the "what," but the "why" and "how."
  • Establish and lead global brand forums or cadences that enable regions to share learnings, best practices, and on-strategy innovation.
  • Act as a strategic integrator across Brand, Sports Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, Digital, Insights, and Regional Marketing.
  • Partner with cross functional leadership on priority moments to ensure campaigns reinforce brand strategy, and establish feedback loops from regional execution to continuously refine strategic direction.
  • Leverage AI/LLM tools to elevate thinking, helping the team build sharper briefs, uncover insights faster, and develop more effective brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Champion practical, responsible use of AI to enhance creative development and strategic rigor, using it as a tool to accelerate ideas.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

Education•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.•    MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred; consistent with market expectations for senior brand strategy leadership roles.

Experience•    7+ years of experience in brand strategy, global brand management, or equivalent roles in a CPG, wellness, or multi-level marketing organizations•    Strong experience translating strategy into actionable plans across regions•    Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence without formal authority•    Experience partnering on integrated marketing campaigns and tentpole initiatives

Skills/Certifications •    Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping define new operating models.•    Executive-ready communication skills, both written and verbal.•    Demonstrated ability to evaluate and integrate AI tools into brand strategy workflows (e.g., generative AI for content, AI-powered brand tracking, audience intelligence platforms).•    Experience leading teams through AI adoption, including setting guardrails, establishing use standards, and building team capability.•    Strategic prompt literacy: ability to direct AI tools to generate strategic documents, briefs, and frameworks for executive review.
