Overview

The Talent Coordinator serves as the critical intersection between creative talent execution and the broader production lifecycle. This role functions as a support partner to our production teams, translating the complex, moving parts of talent logistics into actionable production timelines.

You will oversee the entire logistical lifecycle of our cast and freelance pool, from initial booking, through wrap, ensuring that scheduling aligns flawlessly with operational efficiency and production goals. We are seeking a forward-thinking coordinator who doesn't just manage calendars, but actively maps out talent logistics to protect production momentum, solve structural scheduling puzzles before they happen, and maintain the high-level trust of our cast.

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate directly with production to align talent availability with master production lifecycles, ensuring optimal crew and studio utilization.
  • Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end logistical lifecycle of full-time, freelance, and external guest talent, serving as the trusted, steady point of contact from initial holds to final timekeeping.
  • Predictive Problem Solving: Map out intricate talent availability puzzles, proactively identifying risks and managing schedule adjustments with tact..
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and streamline communication and scheduling pipelines between talent and production teams to elevate overall efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in production and talent coordination, or advanced talent logistics within a fast-paced studio or network environment.
  • Proven experience partnering directly with production teams to execute complex, multi-layered schedules.
  • Deep understanding of talent and production workflows, timelines, and how talent logistics dictate operational success.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
