Ports O Call – Allstate is a California-based, full-service, award-winning insurance agency, ranked in the top 3% of 7,200 Allstate agencies nationwide. We’re expanding our California team and seeking driven, outgoing Telemarketers ready to start a long-term career — not just another phone job. This entry-level position is designed as a launch pad to becoming a Licensed Sales Producer with Allstate.
If you have drive, persistence, and a fearless attitude toward cold calling, we’ll teach you the rest.

Essential Job Functions
- Make multiple outbound calls daily to potential customers using our live data lead system.
- Follow provided scripts naturally to build rapport and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents.
- Prospect, follow up, and nurture leads with consistency and enthusiasm.
- Track activity in our CRM and meet daily/weekly call and quality goals.
