The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for maintaining position control within the assigned division. The recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day full cycle of recruitment activity while maintaining effective relationships with field operations. TA Recruiter should maintain compliance records, applicant flow, and manage all ATS and HRIS functions within the organization. While the primary responsibility of the TA recruiter, the recruiter must maintain common knowledge of rules and regulations defined by CBAs and other entities that govern the employees. The TA recruiter will be responsible for occupational health compliance, background screening, reference checks, recruitment activity, handling onboarding task, scheduling any onboarding training, and position control within the ATS infrastructure. |

70% | • Recruiters will maintain weekly goals aligned with business needs within the respective oversight regions. • Maintain postings within the company's internal database. • Full-Cycle recruitment including, but not limited to, onboarding, interviewing, pre-employment document upkeep, background checks, personal file uploads, and reference checks as needed. • Identify at risk locations and prioritize workload based on the necessity of the business needs. • Maintaining fluid relationships with HRBP, operational leadership, and bringing any risk to the TA Lean and Manager. • Weekly meetings with management to give updates on processing applicants and anyone that may be at risk. • Tracking LMS progression within the client's database.

20% | • Maintaining position control within the region. Reporting inconsistencies with operational reporting and comparing the productivity output. • Maintaining internal bid process governed by the CBA, ensuring the management staff aligns with contractual bidding agreements and identifying risk and notifying TA Lead and Manager. • Providing recruitment training to the field as needed, helping managers with best recruitment practices using training guides created by TA managers. |

10% | • Auditing historical documents, replenishing the controlled documents, and making updates to HR compliance documents. • Working with the HR coordinator to conduct entrance interviews, exit interviews, I9 compliance. • Performing all other duties requested by management as needed.
