Our Child and Family Center and outpatient clinics offer family-focused, child-centered mental health services. These comprehensive services include in-clinic, school-based, and virtual therapy, as well as parenting support groups, case management, and medication management—all provided in multiple languages to reflect the diverse communities we serve.

We are currently seeking passionate, bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist to join our dynamic teams, particularly at our Culver City campus. Position Details:

  • Full-Time
  • Location: Culver City

QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Registered with the BBS as an AMFT, APCC, ACSW, LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC in the State of California.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience with children and families. 
  • Experience providing field-based clinical services. 
  • Minimum of one year experience working with multiple-issue families (e.g. unemployment, poverty, substance abuse, homelessness). 
  • Strong interest in providing culturally relevant therapeutic services. 
  • Fluency in Spanish highly desirable. 
  • DMH EBP trainings strongly preferred. 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide individual and family therapy in clinic and community settings for children at risk of abuse, neglect, or severe emotional challenges
  • Deliver clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults addressing a broad range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Coordinate case management and collaborate with community partners, including schools, hospitals, DCFS, DMH, and other agencies
  • Facilitate group therapy, parent support groups, and parenting education programs
  • Offer services across multiple outpatient programs and connect clients with community resources as needed
  • Maintain crisis response readiness, documentation, confidentiality, productivity standards, and active participation in supervision and team meetings while adhering to agency policies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming service inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins, ensuring a welcoming and professional initial experience.
  • Conduct initial screenings and triages to assess the urgency of client needs, clinical appropriateness for services, and potential safety or crisis risks.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
