[Job Summary]

Seeking a Training & Development Program Manager to manage the training and development program for its next global group. This role will coordinate trainee development across vocal, dance, performance, music, wellness, and education while partnering closely with Creative, Casting, A&R, instructors, and project leadership to support each trainee’s growth and overall readiness.

[Job Description]

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an integrated training and development program aligned with the project’s creative direction, music goals, and debut timeline

• Coordinate training schedules across vocal, dance, performance, language, fitness, music, media, and other development areas

• Identify, onboard, and manage internal and external instructors, coaches, studios, and training partners

• Establish individual development plans, short- and long-term goals, and measurable progress benchmarks for each trainee

• Monitor trainee progress through evaluations, observations, instructor feedback, and performance assessments

• Partner with Creative, Casting, and A&R to evaluate trainee potential, development needs, group chemistry, and projected readiness

• Organize regular trainee evaluations, review sessions, workshops, and development camps

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, development plans, instructor feedback, and trainee progress

• Manage training facilities, program logistics, schedules, vendors, and approved budgets

• Serve as a primary point of contact for trainees, parents, guardians, instructors, and internal stakeholders regarding program-related matters

• Identify development concerns, performance gaps, or behavioral risks and escalate them to project leadership as appropriate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist development, talent development, training program management, youth development, or a related field

• Experience managing structured training programs, instructors, schedules, evaluations, or participant development plans

• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders

• Ability to assess progress, synthesize feedback, and translate development needs into actionable plans

• Strong interpersonal judgment and the ability to build trust with young talent, parents, guardians, instructors, and internal teams

• Ability to handle sensitive situations and highly confidential information with professionalism

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends and travel as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

• Experience in the music, entertainment, dance, performing arts, sports, or youth development industries

• Experience supporting the development of recording artists, performers, models, actors, trainees, athletes, or other high-potential young talent

• Demonstrated experience sourcing and managing vocal coaches, dance instructors, performance directors, educators, and specialized development partners

• Familiarity with both Western artist development and K-pop training systems

• Experience developing evaluation frameworks, training curricula, or individual development plans

• Experience working with minors and their parents or guardians
