Responsibilities

- Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and analytical skills, with experience evaluating multifamily investment opportunities and business plans.
- Familiarity with 4% LIHTC executions, tax-exempt bonds, public-private partnerships, HUD/agency debt, and affordable or workforce housing investment structures.
- Ability to manage a high volume of origination activity while maintaining discipline around screening, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Experience with asset management, portfolio monitoring, investor reporting, or execution of value-add/business plan strategies preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize deal opportunities, portfolio performance, and market themes for senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across acquisitions, asset management, finance, legal, and capital formation teams.
- Travel required. This is a remote position; West Coast candidates are strongly preferred, though other strong candidates will be considered.
