Ogletree Deakins is interested in connecting with experienced employment litigation attorneys in West Los Angeles and the surrounding Westside communities as we continue to grow our presence in the greater Los Angeles market.
We are particularly interested in attorneys with experience in wage and hour class and representative actions, PAGA, single-plaintiff employment litigation, or other complex employment matters. Relevant experience may include drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and court conferences, conducting investigations, and handling matters through various stages of litigation.
We welcome interest from attorneys at the Associate and Counsel levels who may be interested in learning more about the firm and potential opportunities.

- Juris Doctor and active California Bar membership in good standing.
- 3 or more years of litigation experience, preferably involving California employment law.
- Experience with wage and hour, class or representative actions, or single-plaintiff employment litigation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
Wage Transparency
In accordance with California’s amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $230,000 and $275,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. A competitive hours-based bonus is also available. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
