Pacific Air Industries is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our Company.Â
The Warehouse Associate will report to the Order Processing Supervisor. The work schedule will be Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The position is responsible for performing general warehouse functions including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing stock in the warehouse.Â
Compensation:Â
- The salary range for the Warehouse Associate position is $20-25/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Â
- Receive, load and unload trucks and put away stock.
- Count and examine received stock to verify completeness against shipping documents; check for damaged goods; maintain records of shortages and damage.
- Pick and fill orders from stock; retrieve stock in the warehouse.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials and printing required documents.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to the company’s organizational standards.
- Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory.
- Pack and ship orders.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat.
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Sweep, dust, and mop, as needed.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- May perform special projects and other duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of prior warehouse/quality experience.
- Prior experience in the aircraft industry preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with data entry and basic knowledge of computer systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management and mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Highly dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- Previous experience with operating a forklift is helpful.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and able to provide documentation as required by law.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
This position works onsite in the Company’s warehouse.
- Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
- Regularly communicate in verbal and written form and able to hear.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Frequently utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Able to frequently reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
The work schedule will be Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
