We are looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Manager (E-Commerce Fulfillment) for DNAM Brands.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and fulfillment center, ensuring efficient processing of e-commerce and wholesale orders across our portfolio of brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. You will be responsible for building and managing systems that support accurate inventory tracking, fast order fulfillment, and scalable operations.

This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable building processes from the ground up. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our e-commerce business and ensuring a best-in-class fulfillment experience.

In this role, you will oversee and drive performance across:

  • Order fulfillment & shipping operations
  • Inventory management & accuracy
  • Warehouse organization & process optimization
  • Team management & staffing
  • Systems and workflow implementation

You will partner closely with E-Commerce, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment across inventory, order flow, and customer expectations.

This role requires strong operational rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to scale processes as the business grows.

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of warehouse or fulfillment operations experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup or consumer/CPG brand (e.g., Dr. Squatch or similar preferred)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment workflows, including pick/pack/ship operations
  • Experience managing inventory systems and ensuring high levels of accuracy
  • Proven ability to build and improve warehouse processes and workflows
  • Experience managing warehouse staff and overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and take ownership
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building structure where needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in real time
  • Proficient in Excel and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Shopify integrations preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills


Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations for e-commerce and wholesale orders
  • Oversee daily pick, pack, and ship processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Manage and train warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance oversight
  • Partner with E-Commerce team to ensure alignment on order flow, promotions, and product launches
  • Coordinate inbound shipments from manufacturers and ensure proper inventory intake
  • Monitor fulfillment KPIs (order accuracy, shipping time, inventory accuracy) and drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure inventory and cost tracking accuracy
  • Identify and implement systems (WMS, tools, workflows) to support scaling operations
