The Workplace Experience & Facility Support Technician service provider will support the client's workplace experience, facility presentation standards, work order coordination, restroom refresh standards, and light handyman services that do not involve building systems, licensed trades, engineering operations, or union-represented maintenance functions.

Workplace & Facility Support

The service provider shall serve as a front-line support resource for workplace operations and facility presentation needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct routine floor walks and workplace inspections across assigned locations.
  • Identify and report facility, cleanliness, safety, furniture, signage, restroom, pantry, meeting room, and presentation-related concerns.
  • Respond to on-demand workplace and facility support requests.
  • Maintain appropriate customer relations with associates, vendors, building management, and internal workplace partners.
  • Follow site protocols, service expectations, dress code requirements, and workplace etiquette standards.
  • Support daily workplace readiness and overall associate experience.
  • Provide basic reporting, documentation, photos, completion notes, and status updates as requested.
  • Participate in regular communication routines, including daily briefings, scheduled update meetings, email updates, calendar coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.

Work Order Management & Reporting

The service provider shall support the creation, tracking, updating, and closure of workplace and facility-related service requests through the client’s designated systems and communication channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create, update, monitor, and close work orders for assigned workplace and facility-related requests.
  • Document issues found during floor walks, service calls, inspections, and associate requests.
  • Include clear descriptions, locations, photos where appropriate, and escalation notes.
  • Capture and report observations related to lighting, pests, furniture, small office equipment, carpet/flooring, doors, blinds/shades, restrooms, pantries, cleanliness, and general facility presentation.
  • Coordinate with workplace teams, office services, building management, janitorial providers, engineering teams, and approved vendors to support timely resolution.
  • Track recurring issues and communicate patterns that may require additional review.
  • Provide regular updates on open items, completed work, escalations, and pending vendor follow-up.
  • Confirm completed work areas are clean, orderly, and operational after vendor or service provider activity.

Workplace Appearance, Hospitality & Shared Space Support

The service provider shall support the daily presentation and readiness of shared workplace areas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Refresh lounge spaces, collaboration areas, visitor offices, conference rooms, meeting rooms, pantries, and common areas.
  • Reset meeting spaces, including chairs, tables, basic room layout, supplies, and presentation-readiness.
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, conference room surfaces, glass doors, glass boards, and visible high-touch presentation areas.
  • Clean fingerprints and smudges from glass doors, conference areas, and shared workplace surfaces.
  • Refresh lounge furniture and shared seating areas during scheduled service windows.
  • Remove trash from pantries and other designated shared spaces as needed.
  • Monitor and restock approved consumables in pantries, shared spaces, meeting rooms, and lounge areas.
  • Identify scuffs, stains, damaged finishes, missing supplies, cleaning gaps, and presentation concerns.
  • Coordinate with janitorial teams where building-standard or specialty cleaning is required.
  • Support workplace events, wellness events, associate events, and other internal activities through basic setup, refresh, supply placement, and post-event recovery.

Restroom Cleaning & Sanitation Support

The service provider shall provide dayporter-style restroom refresh and sanitation support for internal restrooms and all-gender facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Routinely clean and disinfect internal restroom and all-gender facilities.
  • Sanitize fixtures, surfaces, partitions, and high-touch areas, including faucets, flush valves, door hardware, counters, dispensers, and urinal partitions.
  • Empty waste receptacles and maintain adjacent restroom areas in a clean, orderly, and presentation-ready condition.
  • Replenish restroom consumables as needed to prevent service interruptions, including paper products, hand soap, sanitizer, lotion, air fresheners, and other approved supplies.
  • Perform scheduled restroom refreshes throughout the day to support cleanliness, odor control, supply levels, and overall user experience.
  • Perform periodic restroom deep-cleaning support as scheduled and approved.
  • Maintain restroom supply inventory and report reorder needs.
  • Replace approved consumable items, such as restroom air fresheners, on the agreed service schedule.
  • Visually inspect restroom conditions and report maintenance concerns, fixture issues, leaks, clogs, missing drain covers, loose dispensers, ceiling concerns, odor concerns, or other conditions requiring escalation.
  • Coordinate with janitorial, building engineering, plumbing vendors, or other approved service providers where restroom conditions require work beyond cleaning, sanitation, restocking, or routine presentation support.

Inventory & Supply Management

The service provider shall manage, organize, restock, and report on approved workplace supplies and consumables.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage inventories of workplace supplies, restroom consumables, office supplies, visitor office supplies, wellness room supplies, meeting room supplies, file boxes, move labels, and other approved materials.
  • Restock meeting room supplies, including hand sanitizer, tissues, wipes, markers, and other approved items.
  • Restock printer copy paper in designated copy rooms and shared locations.
  • Maintain storage room organization and inventory control.
  • Track supply usage and identify replenishment needs.
  • Report toner replacement needs to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain stock and delivery of file boxes, crates, labels, and related move support materials.
  • Support lotion dispenser supply inventory and other approved wellness-related consumables.
  • Coordinate cleaning or vendor support as needed.
