Roving Construction Technician
Join our team to help renovate and maintain apartment communities throughout our Southern California portfolio.

What You'll Do:

• Perform demolition, repairs, painting, drywall, and basic carpentry
• Assist with construction, renovations, and appliance/fixture installations
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow safety procedures, building codes, and company standards
• Communicate progress and complete basic work documentation

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction or renovation experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic construction, power tools, and repairs
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required
• Must be willing to travel throughout our portfolio
• Able to lift heavy materials and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
