As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that all services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our services meet the needs of our patients and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring that all services are delivered according to company standards and policies
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of services
- Recruiting, training, and managing staff to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure that services meet the needs of patients and their families
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Managing budgets and resources to achieve financial goals
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Handling any escalated issues or complaints from patients or their families
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in pediatric healthcare is preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
