Ready to earn uncapped commissions? Join our legendary team in AAA Agency.  As an Insurance Sales agent in a high-volume agency, you will be responsible for generating new business, by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing relationship with potential clients, and closing sales. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and deliver high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction. This role demands strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a large pipeline of prospects.

What You'll Do:

  • You will sell non-standard P&C insurance when members do not qualify for insurance with AAA.

  • You'll proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and various lead generation strategies.

  • You will assist clients with the application process, ensuring all documentation is completed and accurate.

  • You'll track and report on sales activities and results.

  • You will ensure all sales activities comply with carriers’ regulations and company policies.

  • You'll multi – task; cross sell and accurately quote insurance rates and work with different carriers.

  • You will work some evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • You'll be required to manage a large sales volume and pipeline of prospects.

  • You will handle referrals via in-bound and out-bound phone activity. Follow up on referrals from all member-facing sales and service units.

What You'll Need:

  • To thrive in this role, you will be goal oriented, self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

  • 3 years sales experience highly preferred with proven track record of high-volume output exceeding auto and home goal attainment required

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Advance organization and time management skills required

  • Possess a competitive sales drive
