Your RoleĀ 

As aĀ Marketing InternĀ inĀ Gensler’s Los Angeles office, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity.Ā 

This is a full-time program running fromĀ June 2 through August 7, 2026. You must be available for the entire duration of the program.Ā 

What YouĀ  Will Do

  • Be directly involved withĀ content creationĀ and gain insight intoĀ marketing strategy.Ā 

  • Work with Marketing Specialists to createĀ resumes, case stories,Ā qualificationsĀ packages, presentations, and other marketingĀ collateral.Ā 

  • AssistĀ withĀ graphic design tasks, including layout and visual storytelling.Ā 

  • Track marketing metrics and navigate the firm’sĀ information management tools.Ā 

  • Collaborate with designers and architects toĀ develop compelling narratives for projects across multiple industries.Ā 

  • SupportĀ digital marketing initiatives, including social media content and visual assets.Ā 

  • ExploreĀ AI-powered tools for marketing automation, data analysis, and personalized content generation.Ā 

Ā 

Your QualificationsĀ 

  • Currently pursuing aĀ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.Ā 

  • Completed at least yourĀ secondĀ year of study; this isĀ not for recent graduates.Ā 

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe InDesignĀ required;Ā proficiencyĀ in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.Ā 

  • Strong command of grammar and excellent written communication skills.Ā 

  • Familiarity withĀ Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.Ā 

  • InterestĀ inĀ emerging technologies,Ā AI-driven marketing tools, andĀ digital storytelling.Ā Ā

Your Additional CharacteristicsĀ 

  • Skills inĀ photography, video production or editing, CRM software, and other marketing-related areas are a plus.Ā 

  • Ability to balance multiple projects with high attention to detail andĀ maintainĀ confidentiality.Ā 

  • Comfortable in aĀ fast-paced, collaborative environment.Ā 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks.Ā 

  • A bold thinker with a passion forĀ innovation and creative problem-solving.Ā
