An environmentally focused investment firm that is working to save the planet is seeking a personal/executive assistant to support its CEO. This employer strongly values work-life balance and wellness and has designed a hybrid schedule and that reflects those values. In addition to the office support responsibilities of this role, you will be responsible for managing the employer's homes. There is no travel required for this position, and the principal's out-of-state homes can be managed remotely. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly-organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties, including screening calls, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, processing expenses, and planning events.
  • Manage the principal’s 4 homes.
  • Oversee household staff and vendors.
  • Manage projects
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as both a gatekeeper and relationship manager for the principal
  • Handle information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Conduct research to develop strategies and make well-informed decisions.
