RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional therapeutic massage across multiple modalities (including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques)
- Create a welcoming, safe, and restorative experience for every guest
- Maintain treatment rooms and adhere to service and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to support boutique operations and guest satisfaction
Full-time and part-time opportunities available. We welcome both experienced therapists and newly licensed professionals who demonstrate talent, professionalism, and a passion for healing.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of two shifts per week
- Availability for at least one PM shift and one weekend shift
REQUIREMENTS
- Active California massage therapy license or certification
- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage; additional modalities are a plus
- Passion for health, wellness, and guest care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand and move for up to 6 hours per shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and perform repetitive motions related to massage and room reset
- Manual dexterity and ability to operate massage equipment
- Visual and auditory acuity required to safely perform job duties

California Pay Transparency Notice: The base hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, paid for all hours worked. This rate is before any commission compensation, bonuses, or gratuities. Massage Therapists may earn additional income through service-based commission rates, enhancement bonuses, monthly request bonuses, and tips. While performing services, total hourly earnings commonly range from approximately $45–$63 per hour, depending on schedule, services performed, guest demand, and gratuities. Actual earnings are not guaranteed.
