SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Production Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all in-house production activities within Chrome Hearts Eyewear.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with procedure and systematic set-up of new in-house projects
  • Ensure data entry is set up properly for the output needed for each project
  • Monitor and Firm Planned orders
  • Establish and maintain a flow of operations for picking materials, sending out jobs, and completing work
  • Delegate work and follow through until completion
  • Communicate and facilitate sending work to outside vendors
  • Manage delivery dates in the system based on capacity and material/component availability
  • Resolve any bottlenecks that may disrupt the production process
  • Analyze and keep data clean and up to date within the system
  • Field inquiries from CSM-E on related information
  • Help build reporting to support production efficiency and accuracy
  • Gain an understanding of how frames are made and what components go into a frame to help in trouble shooting any incorrect BOM’s or missing components
  • Follow development calendars when needed
  • Partner with Product Development, QC, Production and Stockroom departments
  • Establish relationships and clear communication between all departments  


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Manufacturing experience and working with production orders / BOM’s
  • Outstanding Excel skills
  • Mathematical background preferred.
  • Highly Detail Oriented and Organized
  • Problem solver who thinks outside the box
  • Driven hard worker, not afraid of “living in the weeds”
  • Team player who excels at cross functional relationships
  • Has worked extensively in ERP systems / D365 experience a major plus
  • The successful candidate should be comfortable with long periods of focus on small details and complicated problems.
