Busy entertainment executive seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant / Shopper / Runner to support daily personal and professional needs. This role will report directly to the Senior Assistant.
The right candidate is a self-starter who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and handle responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. This position requires someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, and who can maintain confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities
- Run errands and coordinate shopping requests
- Assist with personal and executive-related tasks
- Pick up and deliver items as needed
- Support the Senior Assistant with day-to-day operations and projects
- Help maintain organization and follow-through on assignments
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Dependable, accountable, and resourceful
- Strong common sense and ability to prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

- Hospitality, concierge, or entertainment industry experience is a plus
Requirements
- Must possess proven experience in a Personal Assistant position
- Residency in the Los Angeles area is required.
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to travel locally for errands and pickups
Pay Level for this role is $24.03 – $33.65 hourly, depending on experience.
Depending on performance and capability, this role has the opportunity to grow and take on increased responsibility over time.
