About The Position

This opportunity begins on May 12, 2025, and spans 15 days with potential for extension. The position involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing comprehensive family practice and urgent care services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a diverse patient load in a walk-in setting, handling both routine and acute care needs.

Job Details:

Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct well and sick exams for patients of all ages 

• Manage chronic diseases, including diabetes and asthma 

• Diagnose and treat common illnesses 

• Provide emergency room follow-up care 

• Administer immunizations and perform physical examinations 

• Conduct pregnancy testing and STD testing and treatment 

• Handle walk-in patients in a fast-paced environment 

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records 

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care 

• Educate patients on preventive care and health maintenance

Additional Information: 

• California medical license required for this position 

• Experience in both family practice and urgent care settings is essential 

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, walk-in clinic is crucial 

• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills for a wide range of conditions
