Room Attendant

What You'll Do

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and designated public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Daily responsibilities include making beds, cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms, replenishing amenities and supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and completing assigned projects and room assignments efficiently. You will also assist with maintaining organized storage areas, properly handling rollaway beds, and communicating guest service needs promptly to supervisors.

Success in this role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to every guest.

Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should possess the physical stamina necessary to perform cleaning duties, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
