The Primary Care Physician is responsible for providing high-quality Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice services to patients in a value-based care environment, with a focus on prevention, care coordination, and improved health outcomes.About CareMore Health

How will you make an impact & Requirements

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provide comprehensive medical care by interviewing, examining, diagnosing, and treating patients
Deliver patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on wellness, prevention, and early detection
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies
Coordinate referrals and specialty care based on clinical assessment and patient needs
Participate in continuing medical education and CareMore clinical programs
Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines
Complete accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) on a daily basis
Qualifications & Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Current, unrestricted medical license in the applicable state(s)
Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
Active DEA license
Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis (TB) test
