We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Athletic Trainer to support the physical well-being of our team members. The ideal candidate will implement wellness programs, provide injury-prevention guidance, and ensure safe working practices across our operations. This role is essential to maintaining a strong, healthy workforce and supporting our company’s productivity standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement wellness and injury-prevention programs for employees
Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements
Provide guidance on stretching, conditioning, and proper movement techniques
Support employees with minor injuries or physical discomfort related to workplace activity
Monitor physical readiness and ensure safe practices across departments
Maintain documentation of assessments, incidents, and wellness progress
Collaborate with management to build long-term health programs and initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Strong understanding of physical conditioning, injury prevention, and basic rehabilitation
Ability to educate and motivate individuals in wellness and safety practices
Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Certification in athletic training or related field is beneficial but not required
