Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Customer Service Patrol in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting access-related issues in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
