Job Description

As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol Reporting in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will support a welcoming environment through clear communication, professionalism, and integrity while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and team-focused culture.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial work areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying authorized entry, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol activity, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns for site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
