Job DetailsJob Location: 340 HWY 68 - SAN JUAN PUEBLO, NM 87566Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AnyPOSITION SUMMARY: Assures that all assigned areas are properly cleaned--- (shampooed, waxed). Supports GRA’s, housemen and supervisors on all special projects. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for cleaning carpets in guestrooms and public areas as necessary or assigned. Responsible for guestroom bathroom floor care. Stripping and waxing of floors. Responsible for the proper chemical mixing procedures. Responsible for cleaning and care of all equipment used. Responsible for maintenance request on equipment. Responsible for performing other duties as assigned or necessary. QualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. SKILLS: Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning standards required. EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Shampooer, Wax Stripper, Buffer Machine PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Requires walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing of stairs. Requires lifting or carrying weight up to 75 lbs. WORKING CONDITIONS: Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Requires constant walking, standing, bending and climbing of stairs. Ability to lift and carry over 25lbs.
