Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team in a clean, modern, and highly automated manufacturing environment. This is a pure industrial electrical role focused entirely on the sophisticated technology that drives our facility, including state-of-the-art automation, motor controls, and robotics.
Whether you have a year or two of factory experience or you are a junior candidate fresh out of trade school, this is a fantastic place to start your career, learn, and grow alongside veteran technicians. Please note that because of the highly specialized nature of our equipment, residential or commercial electrical backgrounds are not a fit for this position; you must have an industrial background or an industrial-focused technical education.
Operating within our cutting-edge facility, this role offers an exceptional and highly predictable schedule: you will work just 3.5 night shifts per week, leaving you with 3.5 days to yourself to recharge or study.
Compensation

- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting – Safely use multimeters and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, repair, and document electrical malfunctions across automated machinery, robotics, and control panels.
- Equipment Maintenance & Calibration – Install, repair, and maintain high- and low-voltage systems, 3-phase motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), input devices, sensors, photoeyes, and thermocouples. Assist in calibrating computer-controlled machinery.
- Electrical Installation – Run conduit, pull wire, terminate cables, and wire industrial control panels according to factory standards and electrical codes.
- Technical Documentation – Read and accurately interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Utilize computer systems (CMMS) to access, manage, and document work orders.
- Safety & Compliance – Follow and actively promote safe work practices—including strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash safety—maintaining absolute compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and facility safety policies.
- Continuous Learning & Collaboration – Eagerly learn from senior technicians and engineers to grow your industrial skill set. Collaborate closely with machine operators, supervisors, and cross-functional team members to resolve electrical issues swiftly.
