Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

Industrial Maintenance Technician 

Starting pay up to $35.53 per hour based on experience, with call in responsibilities.

REAL ALLOY has a career opportunity available for a talented, problem solving, and multi-skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the Loudon, TN Real Alloy Team.  

If you are an Industrial Maintenance Technician who can:

• Comply with all safety & environmental standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems
• Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, clean and service equipment
• Knowledge and use of maintenance work order system; MVP Program is a plus
• Use of various types of mobile equipment such as JLG, forklift, & sweeper

Hours: Rotating shift 7AM – 7PM and 7PM - 7AM. You will work BOTH Dayshift and Nightshift as part of your rotation.  Shift Rotation: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off and the rotation starts over.

Qualifications

We are looking for a talented, critical thinking, and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Real Alloy team. 

If you are a person who:

• Has High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• Is Highly motivated, goal orientated, ethical, and challange driven.
• Has the ability to work in a task completion environment to ensure daily goals are met.
• General mechanical knowledge
• Can diagnose and troubleshoot machinary
