Subway Shift Lead

Job DetailsJob Location: 363 Loudonville Subway - Loudonville, OH 44842As a Subway Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee daily operations.   What you’ll do:   Lead by example and support team members during shifts Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure a positive guest experience Help ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked restaurant Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations Complete shift paperwork and ensure equipment is functioning properly QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:   Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead and support a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability   Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
