We're looking for friendly, organized, and hospitality-focused Hosts/Hostesses to join our opening team and create an outstanding first impression for every guest.

Position Summary

The Host/Hostess is the first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations and waitlists, coordinating seating, and ensuring a smooth flow of service while providing exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly with a friendly and professional attitude.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments using the restaurant reservation system.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously and professionally.
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure efficient seating and table turnover.
Monitor the dining room to maintain smooth guest flow and wait times.
Assist guests with special requests and accommodations whenever possible.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and host stand.
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
Support the front-of-house team as needed.
