Job Summary
The Accreditation Coordinator assists with accreditation and regulatory activities under the supervision of the
Accreditation Manager. This includes duties and responsibilities related to accreditation by Accrediting
Organizations, Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, and Department of Health and Human Services
regulations. The position is responsible for interpretation and education of new and existing standards,
assessment of compliance, identification of opportunities for improvement, and implementation of actions to
maintain survey readiness
Minimum requirements
BSN
Current Kentucky RN License
CPHQ, HACP-CMS or relevant healthcare quality/accreditation certification preferred.
Recent experience in regulatory compliance, quality, and/or patient safety preferred.
