Position Type: Full-Time, Mon - Thurs 5am - 3pm OFF on Fridays!! 

Midlake Products is seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Precision Assembly Technician. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and producing high-quality work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assemble metal cabinets and enclosures to specification

  • Install hardware components including PEMs, nuts, bolts, and fasteners

  • Read and follow work instructions, prints, and assembly diagrams

  • Verify proper hardware type, placement, and torque requirements

  • Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures

  • Work closely with fabrication and quality teams to ensure consistency

What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical in this role

  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools

  • Ability to read prints or willingness to learn

  • Strong organizational skills and pride in neat, precise work

  • Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or metal fabrication preferred (but not required)

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
