Neil Huffman is currently in search of a qualified Automotive BDC for its Acura location. A successful candidate will be responsible for handling Internet Service Leads, Inbound phone calls, and customer retention for the service center.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Create appointments
Following up with online service appointment leads
Customer service representatives
Keeping clients informed of current recalls on vehicles
Following up with clients after services have been performed
Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Filing
Warranty
