We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Charity Events Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role perfect for individuals eager to start a career in nonprofit program coordination, community outreach, and charity event management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing charity events and fundraising initiatives

  • Support event logistics, including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and breakdown

  • Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to create a positive event experience

  • Help create, edit, and distribute event communications and promotional materials

  • Track and report on event attendance, performance, and fundraising outcomes

  • Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to align events with organizational goals

  • Participate in post-event evaluations and provide ideas for future improvements

Qualifications
