| JOB SUMMARY: | This role supports our Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana Construction Customers. A Construction Sales Engineer develops long-term relationships and consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors and owners for building control and MEP Systems. Sales engineers estimate control-system hardware and installation based on plans, specifications, and contract documents. They will also coordinate with ATS engineers and technicians to support successful project implementation. Additionally, they will provide industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting and building engineering community. Our customer base includes but is not limited to; data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings. |

| WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: | This position requires a combination of working in an office environment and routine visits to customers and project jobsites up to 50% of working hours. Project jobsites present typical construction and outdoor conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment for safety purposes. Lifting and exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds more frequently is required. Must be comfortable climbing a ladder infrequently. |
