What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ambitious and willing to learn every day Dependable and team-oriented Comfortable using technology and following processes Desire to build a long-term career What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and other light repairs Complete a Video Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) with every service to clearly communicate vehicle needs to customers Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards Work in a supportive, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement What We Offer Paid training and ongoing development A positive, team-first culture where learning is encouraged Opportunities for advancement into higher-level technician roles Competitive pay and benefits Modern tools and equipment to help you succeed Weekly cash spiffs Pay:  Starting at $16 hour while trained. additional performance incentives After training $45,000-$60,000+ Schedule/Shift:  Full-time Service Shop Hours: 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, 8am-2pm Saturday Tuesday-Saturday,   closed Sundays Pay:  Starting at $15/$16 hour additional performance incentives.
