Looking for a schedule that gives you a 3-day weekend every week? Join our team and work Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, with Fridays off.

Midlake Products is a growing metal fabrication company seeking dependable employees to support our production team by installing PEM fasteners into fabricated parts using a pem-setting machine.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate a pem-setting machine to press PEMs and other hardware into metal components

  • Follow work instructions and part drawings to ensure correct hardware placement

  • Inspect parts to verify accuracy and quality standards are met

  • Handle materials and finished parts safely and efficiently

  • Work as part of a team to keep production moving on schedule

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with manufacturing equipment

  • Ability to stand, lift, and work in a production environment

  • Reliability and a positive attitude-this role is critical to our workflow

  • Prior fabrication or assembly experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate
