Groundskeeper, Full-time

Duties include:

Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community
Several tasks including:
1. Clean up of trash and debris for property, breezeways and common areas
2. Power Washing
3. Brush removal
4. Check exterior lighting
5. Check pool and maintain a clean clubhouse
6. Notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs
Other duties as necessary
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Positive attitude and willingness to help
Focus and attention to great customer service
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
Valid driver’s license and own transportation throughout work day required
Must be drug free and maintain a clean appearance
Must be felony free
Preferred: previous Groundskeeping experience
