The role of Inside Sales Rep is to pick up lost revenue by following up on lost sales and service calls. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will attempt to close open opportunities. The role is also to create new revenue by creating turnovers, gaining referrals, and providing world-class customer service.

What You'll Do:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Follow up with customers promptly after field personnel have left to initiate communication between ISR and customer.
- Work with field personnel, technicians and Comfort Advisors, to convert opportunities
- Work with Sales Manager to offer discounts, if available, to assist in converting opportunities.
- Review open opportunities to be prepared while speaking with customers
- Prioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departments.
- Follow up in a timely manner on unsold opportunities with the intent to save the sales and generate revenue
- Work with customers to meet needs and ultimately convert the opportunity
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
- Administrative duties to assist the sales and service department as needed
- Ensure safety best practices are followed in the field.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Goal-driven and results oriented
- Prior customer service and sales experience preferred but not necessary
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred but not required
- 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC replacement sales
- Experience conducting in-home sales consultations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass background screening, drug screening, and motor vehicle review
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Sales experience is strongly desirable.
PREFERRED:
- Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical
- Experience with Service Titan
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional Office Environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
