These positions require an active State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. 


Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time 


Position Details: 

HTS is hiring THREE Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants [PTA] to join our therapy teams in Louisville, KY.  Enjoy the time, support and setting you need to deliver meaningful, patient-centered therapy.


POSITION 1:  This PTA will provide treatments across two 5-Star CMS rated Continuing Care Retirement Communities offering long-term care, rehab-to-home, and memory care.  

· Full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week, working at both buildings daily.

· Primary site is a 118-bed senior care community located in the Highlands neighborhood, near Bellarmine University. 

· Secondary site is a 113- bed senior care community in the historic Clifton area of Louisville.

· Compensated drive time and mileage for travel between sites. (Located 10 – 15 minutes apart.)


POSITION 2: This PTA will provide treatments at a highly rated Continuing Care Retirement Community located in southern Jefferson County, outside of the busy Louisville area. 

· Full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week.

· 68-bed senior living community. 

· Two designated therapy gyms, including a training bathroom and kitchen.


POSITION 3: This PTA will provide treatments at a 5-star CMS rated Continuing Care Retirement Community located in the historic Clifton area of Louisville.

· Full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week.

· 113-bed senior living community offering long-term care, rehab-to-home, and memory care.  

· Spacious, well-equipped therapy gym.

Requirements

  • Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist assistant education program, subsequent passing of a state-administered national exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
