Pay: $26.42 /hour

Responsibilities

Your Role:

Seeking a dependable Unarmed Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment at an industrial aluminum facility. This role is responsible for access control, site patrols, and supporting plant safety and emergency response efforts. 

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Control entry/exit of employees, contractors, and visitors
• Verify credentials and maintain visitor logs
• Conduct routine patrols of plant and perimeter areas
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and security systems
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs
• Support plant safety programs and contractor compliance

Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Loss Prevention.
• Willingness to work any shift, including night and swing shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to read gauges for fire equipment and interpret computerized alarm systems.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to climb ladders, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, twist, and bend at the waist.
• Ability to pull or push 300lbs.
• Ability to hear warning bells, horns, and sirens, and ability to see normally.

 Icing on the cake:

• CPR w/ AED assist & First Aid Certification.
