First Class Air is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design, website management, and marketing communications experience with exceptional project management skills. This individual will support the execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, web, events, and internal communications while ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with our brand.

Essential Job Functions:

Graphic Design & Brand Management

  • Design creative marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, presentations, sales collateral, digital graphics, email campaigns, trade show materials, signage, and promotional items. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. 
  • Create graphics for social media, websites, recruiting campaigns, and internal communications. 
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with outside vendors. 

Website Development & Digital Marketing

  • Maintain and update company websites, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized. 
  • Build and edit webpages, landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action. 
  • Manage website content, navigation, images, downloads, and SEO best practices. 
  • HubSpot CMS experience is a major plus, including landing page creation, email marketing, workflows, and reporting. 
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead generation. 

Marketing Communications

  • Write and edit compelling content for: 
    • Website 
    • Email campaigns 
    • Social media 
    • Press releases 
    • Internal communications 
    • Recruiting campaigns 
    • Product announcements 
    • Sales materials 
  • Proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency. 

Event Management

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, recruiting events, and customer meetings. 
  • Manage event timelines, promotional materials, booth graphics, giveaways, shipping, and vendor coordination. 
  • Support onsite setup and execution as needed. 

Project Management

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 
  • Maintain marketing calendars and project schedules. 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors. 
  • Track project status and ensure timely completion. 
  • Organize marketing assets and maintain digital file libraries. 

Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Assist with routine marketing administrative tasks including ordering promotional items, coordinating vendors, managing invoices, maintaining contact databases, and supporting day-to-day department operations. 
  • Provide support on special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in a corporate or B2B environment. 
  • Professional graphic design experience. 
  • Website management and content management system (CMS) experience. 
  • Experience coordinating events or trade shows. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS experience (strongly preferred)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Canva
